But she's a GIRL!!
Call me naive, but I really thought boys were the only ones who were daredevils... risk takers... chance survivors of death defying stunts... I mean, I used to like mud, but I never saw the fun in diving off couches, flipping off trampolines, or running full speed into walls with bicycles...
So, how is it that my little girls appreciate these weird things... Don't get me wrong- I love wrestling on the floor and running around the house-- but this.... This is too much....
Morgan's first (and definitely not last) BLACK EYE!!!
She is not even 1 yet... Oh, and she has split her lip open 4 times....
Brock and I have been talking about the possibility of having another baby. I have always wanted to give him a son... Although Morgan terrifies me to my core, she is also, in a weird and sadistic way, helping me prepare for one... I guess this all sounds too negative... Please don't get me wrong, I would love to have a little boy... I just don't know what I'd do with him...

Merry Christmas!!
This Christmas, much like every other, was amazing! Brock and I were spoiled, Bailey and Morgan were spoiled, we got to see and spend time with our loved ones, we gave and received gifts and spent time reflecting on our year, our blessings and our Savior. I could not be more grateful for where I am in my life and who I am spending it with. My husband, my girls and my family are incredible and I am blessed to have them. It was fun to see the girls open presents, but even more amazing to hear my little girl tell me the real meaning of Christmas. It was an incredible week. Here are a few pics of what we did!

Kids playing in their Paul Frank jammies Christmas Eve.
Grandkids.... minus Mo.
While the adults were busy preparing dinner, the kiddos relaxed and ate rolls on our bed. They are fast friends.
Brock's parents went to New York for Christmas, so we got to celebrate with them earlier in the week. It was Bai's first taste of Christmas this year and she LOVED it! She got a book called "Tickle Monster." We read it every night before bed, now. These are the mitts you where when you are the tickle monster.
I got A LOT of awesome gifts! Thank you Grandma and Grandpa Slade!! :)
Morgan liked the candy best.....

Grandpa and Mo. Love this one!
Every year, mom and dad get the kids and grandkids pj's to wear Christmas Eve. My mom is super clever and always gets us the cutest pajamas! This year, she got everyone pants that said "naughty" all over them. Randi, Mom and I got Paul Frank shirts with an angel monkey on front and a devil monkey on the back. The boys got shirts that said "Looking for a naughty monkey." How fun is that?!?!
Nate got a shirt that said "Nice." He is about to go on his mission...
Thanks mom for the cutest pj's ever!!
"Dear Santa,
Let me explain..."
Had to get a picture of that!!
We had an amazing Christmas! I am so grateful for my family! Thank you to our moms, dads, and siblings for spending time with us and loving us even when its not a holiday! I hope everyone had a good Christmas!!
Merry Christmas everyone!!

Snow Day!!!
As I am sure everyone knows by now... it is snowing in Houston! We were ridiculously excited, as was everyone else, so we bundled up and went outside to play! I cannot believe how much stuck to the ground and how beautiful it was. I love snowy days...
